In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "slothelp," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the slothelp platform accessible at slothelp.app.
• "Platform" means the slothelp website, mobile-optimised interface, and any associated applications or services provided by slothelp.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the slothelp Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the slothelp Platform.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within your slothelp Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer game, number game, or esports betting market made available on the slothelp Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any amount of funds staked on a Game outcome through your slothelp Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account by slothelp.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by slothelp and applicable Philippine regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.

To register and use the slothelp Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of slothelp or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by slothelp or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on slothelp. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 KYC Verification

slothelp may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. slothelp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify slothelp immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

All financial transactions on slothelp are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). slothelp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to your payment provider's own limits.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your slothelp Wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers via BDO, BPI, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your Wallet.
• slothelp does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which slothelp bears no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• slothelp reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• slothelp reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending investigation.

4.3 Currency & Taxes

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your winnings under applicable Philippine law, including but not limited to obligations under the National Internal Revenue Code. slothelp does not provide tax advice.

All Games available on the slothelp Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

• Wagers may only be placed using available real-money funds or eligible Bonus Funds in your slothelp Wallet. Credit wagering is not available.
• Once a Wager has been confirmed and accepted by the slothelp system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
• Game results are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer outcomes and are final upon settlement. slothelp does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the integrity of a Game round, slothelp reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the User's Wallet.
• Minimum and maximum Wager limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface prior to placing a Wager.
• slothelp reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse Wagers from any User at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

slothelp may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Users. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Users only, as specified in the individual promotion terms. slothelp reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom will expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit.
• slothelp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slothelp Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one Account on slothelp.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity in violation of Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in Games or the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any Game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity theft, or payment fraud.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account.

slothelp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and the wellbeing of all Users. Gaming on slothelp is intended as a form of entertainment. If gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal harm, we strongly encourage you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your Account settings.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure session time reminders to alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request self-exclusion from slothelp for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: slothelp may display periodic notifications during gaming sessions to remind you of the time elapsed and funds wagered.

All content on the slothelp Platform — including but not limited to the slothelp name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and design elements — is the intellectual property of slothelp or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the slothelp Platform without prior written consent from slothelp.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, slothelp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

slothelp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your slothelp Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

slothelp does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. slothelp will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

slothelp collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering on slothelp, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

slothelp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, slothelp will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the slothelp Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting slothelp support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact slothelp's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. slothelp will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
